“Our family came home from church to the sound of alarms going off, water pouring out into the kitchen and through the walls into the basement. We panicked as black smoke engulfed our home. After we left for our own safety, we immediately called Steve at Majesty Restoration. He immediately came out to our house to evaluate the damage. He explained how a trash fire had melted the plastic pipes underneath the kitchen sink and caused water to leak for 2 hours. At this point, he advised us to call our insurance provider as he called in a water cleanup crew. They responded immediately and began cleaning up all of the water. When our adjuster came out, Steve dealt directly with him and helped us to understand the “insurance speak.” We were able to start the restoration right away. We were thrilled with the complimentary interior design Majesty offers with their construction services. We love our new granite counter tops, flooring, and basement remodel.
