Majesty Companies has the right to choose which requests we want to provide services to through the Building Blessings Program. We have the right to reject any and/or all requests and it is at our sole discretion to work with someone. We will schedule services based on our availability.
We have the right to discontinue this program at any time without legal obligation to perform any services.
The purpose of this program is intended to provide a set amount of labor that will be free (not billable to the customer).
1. Up to 4 hours. However, this does not guarantee 4 hours of free labor.
Any/all materials used may be at the expense of the person(s) receiving the labor.
1. Materials are not included.
2. Majesty Companies will make all efforts possible to disclose the materials needed before the project begins and disclose the potential material cost.
3. Majesty Companies requires any agreed upon material costs to be paid for immediately upon completion of the Building Blessings event.
Those receiving free labor from the Building Blessings program have the option of hiring Majesty Companies, LLC to perform different and/or additional work relating to, but not limited to, construction services.
1. An hourly rate and/or a contract will be agreed upon in writing before Majesty Companies continues with any additional work outside the Building Blessings program.
Majesty Companies accepts no liability for any damage to any property in which they are working in, on, or around while conducting services under the Building Blessings program.
Majesty Companies accepts no liability for any of the information provided on the Building Blessings Request Form.
